A Rock Splitting Experience
Giving good customer service and equipment knowledge support has been one of Rebel'
s strengths. We believe that, while all rental companies may offer similar products to their customers, what really sets us apart and keeps our customers coming back is the fact that we go that extra mile to ensure that our customers get all the support they need on the equipment they rent to get their job done properly and safely. Just last week, Robert Malsack and John Benson, Escondido's Territory Sales Manager and Service Manager, respectively, offered up their full support to Caltrans. The job was to breakdown big rocks on the side of the road that are sticking out too far, creating potential hazard to the motorists. Both Robert and John were on the jobsite, located Eastbound on HWY 78 near 
the Wild Animal Park. Spending nearly four hours there, they helped supervise Caltrans workers with the use of the rock splitter they rented from Rebel Rents, making sure they are using it correctly to avoid any potential risk arising from improper handling.

Tom, the Geologist, was also present as is required for jobs involving still untouched soil. At the end of the day, everyone was satisfied with a job well done.
