Rebel has started a program that seeks to make a difference; not only to your attitude before and after stepping on that scale, but your overall health.Partnered with Aetna, this program evaluates your health history and makes suggestions on what you can do to avoid certain pitfalls. It is all done online. All you have to do is answer some questions.
To date, we have had a great response and congratulate those individuals who have participated and completed the first part of this program, the Health Risk Assessment. They will receive their cash award and automatically get entered into the Lucky 7 Raffle.
