Santa Ana Reaches Out to Customers
In anticipation of the Santa Ana Customer Appreciation Day, which is being held on Friday, March 23, 2007, our Territory Sales Team went out in full force to personally invite our customers to the event. The Sales Blitz took place two Wednesdays in a row, with the North and the South territories splitting between the two. They managed to invite over two hundred customers with this personal invitation. With their hard work and dedication, we are sure this event will be a success. We would like to reward the Territory Managers for their efforts by giving them each points towards Rebel's Reward Zone program. In addition, the Territory Managers who conducted the most visits will receive special recognition. They were Joe Negrette of Santee for the South territory, and Jim Rufing of Temecula from the North. Excellent work, gentlemen! Thank you.
The Santa Ana Team: Chris Dalsimer, Tony Cunningham, and Peggy Megridichian did a fantastic job in organizing the blitz events.
We'll be looking forward to seeing all our valued customers tomorrow at the Santa Ana Customer Appreciation Day!

Learning Side by Side with Rebel

Rebel Rents has committed to one of its long time customer, Gothic Landscaping, to provide on-going training on equipment commonly used in their trade. Arranged through their Territory Manager, Tom Gilroy of San Jacinto, the training began early February. So far, there have been three training sessions consisting of (1) trenchers & air compressors, (2) backhoe, skip loader & 3 yd loader, and (3) water trailers, dump trailers and portable pumps. The training is generally conducted by our Service Manager, John Benson, from Rebel's corporate offices, with the training being held at the jobsite.
It is with great pleasure that we extend this service to our valued customers. Providing the valuable training on equipment we rent helps our customers operate them more efficiently and effectively, as well as prevent damage on the equipment from improper use. The former helps the customers finish their projects in a timely fashion, the latter helps Rebel keep their equipment functioning with little repairs, just regular maintenance.
Rebel's goal is to exceed our customers expectations by providing them the best equipment for their project and the dedication of our team in helping them see their projects to fruition.

Present during the inspection to lend support to the local team were Jill Widtfeldt of Human Resources and Doug Fleury of Risk Management/Marketing. It was no surprise to anyone that the branch passed the inspection with flying colors. This is their third time in a row to do so.We congratulate Mike Brown, El Cajon's Manager, and his team for a job well done.

Rebel Shows Off at the Anaheim Convention Center

Rebel Rents greets the month of March head on by participating in a trade show recently held at the Anaheim Convention Center. The trade show is called Western Facility Engineering Maintenance Show. This gave Rebel the opportunity to showcase our new products to old and new customers alike. Peggy Megridichian of Santa Ana lead the team that took part in the show, with the help of Rick Knepper of Mira Loma, Tony Cunningham, also from Santa Ana, and their respective managers, Scott Miller and Chris Dalsimer. Doug Fleury of the Corporate's Marketing Department was also there to show his support.
The show had steady traffic. Each Sales Representative received solid leads stemming from customers attending the show and fellow exhibitors showing their stuff. As for Rebel, our display included the Tennant Sweeper, concrete grinder, generator, dehumidifier and turbo dryer, and scissor lift. We provided informational material on all the other products Rebel carry but not displayed. The show was a success!
What a great way to begin the month! Let's continue to keep our eyes open for other opportunities that can give Rebel the extra exposure. Thanks to Peggy, Tony, & Rick for their enthusiastic presence, and their Managers for supporting them.
