Every BIT Satisfied with Escondido
Every two years, each of our facilities are inspected by the CHP as required by the Biennial Inspection of Terminals (BIT) Program. This program requires all motor carriers operating commercial trucks from terminals located in California to undergo an inspection of each operational terminal to rate their compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to motor carrier safety.
Just recently, our Escondido branch underwent this very important and intense scrutiny by the CHP, with excellent outcome. The Escondido branch rated satisfactory, which is the best rating given under the program. This is a great team effort by the branch. This is also their second consecutive satisfactory rating in the last four years.
Therefore, a well-deserved CONGRATULATIONS to Jose and his team are in order. Great job rallying the team and coming up with great results!
