Encinitas' Day to Shine
Rebel Rents Encinitas held their Customer Appreciation Day last Friday. We had over 200 guests in attendance, including our customers and vendor partners. The day was a resounding success. The bbq lunch, catered by Hunters Steakhouse, was truly delicious! All attendees received goody bags, including Rebel t-shirts, work gloves and a personal safety kit. They also got to put their name into a drawing where we raffled off a 27" flat screen television and other great prizes. One lucky contractor received $1000.00 rental credit on a special drawing. Rebel feels these events are important to let our customers know that we appreciate their business. Thank you to our vendor partners Bobcat, John Deere, Target, Wirant, Ritchie Bros. and Multiquip for providing us with additional giveaways for our customers. We want to especially thank our Rebel Team Members who made this event happen. From the Encinitas staff, office support team and outside sales force, this was truly a team effort.

Taking Control
Rebel Rents has taken on a new area of business. We will now be selling top quality erosion control products at select locations. Erosion control is one of the most important aspects of any construction project. At Rebel, we pride ourselves on being able to offer our customers everything they need to get the job done right. We feel that having erosion control products readily available at our locations is another way we can meet our customer's needs. We will be sending out a brochure to our account customers in the coming days to let them know about this exciting addition!

In anticipation of our upcoming Customer Appreciation Day in Encinitas on June 23, yesterday we had our sales staff out in full force. They visited over 275 jobsites, inviting contractors to join us as we celebrate our customers! Our Customer Appreciation Day promises to be a great day with fabulous food and prizes. We will be raffling off a 27" television, Bosch Roto-Hammer and DVD player. The contractors we visited yesterday received a special raffle ticket that could earn them $1,000 in rental credit towards any single monthly rental. We know that with all the hard work and dedication we have put into this event, it is sure to be a rousing success! So please join us at our Encinitas branch on June 23 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Kick Off the Summer Contest
Our latest and greatest Territory Manager contests for June 2006 have been announced. The first contest is focused on our existing customers jobsites where Rebel equipment is being utilized. We are asking our sales force to submit pictures of these jobsites showing our equipment hard at work, getting our customers job done. We will have a committee to select the top three pictures and there will be a reward for the salesperson who submitted them. The second part of the contest we are calling Rebel's Rave Reviews. Everyday we go out of our way to provide our customers with the quality service they demand and deserve. If a customer submits a letter on behalf of one of our salespeople or branches for the great service Rebel has provided them then we will proudly display them at our corporate office for all to see.
