Day of Fortune
In order to make the Santee Customer Appreciation Day fun for all, we had some contests in place. The first contest was the employee who could guess closest to the number of guests who showed up. We are happy to announce that Rudy Navarro was right on! He will receive a Rebel Rents team jacket. The second contest was if a guest could remember who invited them they would receive a special gift and the employee would receive a cash prize. The employees were Greg Eubanks, Jim Rufing, Joe Negrette, Robert Rodriguez and Sean Fitzgerald. A special mention to Joe Negrette who far outpaced everyone in this contest. Way to go team!

Showing Off Our Appreciation
Rebel Rents held our Customer Appreciation Day for our Santee location last Friday. We had over 150 guests in attendance. They enjoyed a great barbeque, giveaways for everyone and a chance to enter a drawing to win a brand new pressure washer. They also got to see the improvements we have made recently to our Santee location. The turnout was great! We had some of our preferred vendors show up. They were able to meet with our customers, answer any questions they might have about a products, and show off some of the new equipment they brought with them. As you can see by the pictures, everybody had a fun time at the event! The team effort by the Santee team members shined on this day by making the event an overwhelming success.

Bryan Stephenson Memorial Service
On March 1 one of our Rebel Team members, Bryan Stephenson, passed away. Bryan was a service technician out of our San Jacinto branch. He enjoyed his work and could always be found with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. A memorial service for Bryan will be held this Saturday, April 1 at Miller-Jones Mortuary in Hemet from 1-4 p.m. Our thoughts and prayers are with Bryan's family at this time. He will be greatly missed.

Cruisin' the Rebel Seas
The winners of the December Revenue Contest, our Territory Managers Steve Tao of Mira Loma and Tony Cunningham of Santa Ana, recently enjoyed the cruise they won. They and their spouses took a 3 day cruise to Ensanada, Mexico, paid for by Rebel Rents as a reward for their outstanding performance in the month of December. Scott Miller, the Team Leader of Mira Loma, and his spouse also joined in the fun! According to all, everybody had a great time and enjoyed their time on the ship. Who will be the winner of our next contest?
Blitz Success!
In anticipation of the Customer Appreciation Day being held at our Santee location on March 17, our southern Territory Managers volunteered to spend their day visiting with old and new customers to invite them to this event. Each Territory Manager showed up early and visited with almost 180 customers. This was truly awesome and a demonstration of Rebel teamwork. Thank you to Craig Rice, Joe Negrette, Steve Tao, Greg Eubanks, George McNulty and Jim Rufing for taking time out of their busy schedule. Just to show our appreciation each of them will receive a gift certificate to a local restaurant. Jim Rufing and Steve Tao managed to visit the most contacts, for that they will receive a special bonus. We don't want to forget Mike Brown and Sean Fitzgerald and their teams for all their behind the scenes organization. We couldn't have done it without them. This event can only be a success!
Head of the Class
We are proud to announce that three more of our Service Technicians have received Rebel Rents Service Tech Achievement Award. They have succesfully completed in attending ten service schools held at our corporate training center. For that they will receive a Rebel Rents team jacket and a certificate of recognition. Congratulations to our team members Mike White of Temecula North, Tracy Barclay of Temecula South and Scott Van Veghel of Escondido. Who will be next?
He's in the Reward Zone!
Congratulations to Jim Rufing, a team member out of our North Temecula branch, for being the first Territory Manager to reach the first prize level in our 2006 Rebel Reward Zone! Of course he has the choice to cash in now or save for a bigger and better reward. Keep up the good work Jim, your hard work is appreciated.
Rebel Rents Employee Referral Program
Recently, Rebel Rents instituted an Employee Referral Program. The program rewards Rebel employees who refer others to come and work for Rebel. If you refer a friend or acquaintance to Rebel Rents and they are hired on, you will receive a bonus! In addition to this, if your referral completes six months of employment with Rebel Rents there will be another bonus. We believe Rebel Rents is a great company to work for and we want to spread the word to other qualified individuals to become part of our team!

Huskie Hydraulic Hammer Training
On Wednesday Tim Miner of Huskie Hydraulic Hammers put on a training session for our Service Techs. The school was held at our corporate office. Huskie is our preferred vendor for our 500 pound skidsteer hydraulic breakers. The class was focused around doing a complete tear down and rebuild of their product. Everyone who attended had a hands on opportunity to learn by doing. This type of training assists Rebel in providing to our customers rental ready and reliable equipment with each and every rental.
