The Essentials of Excellent Customer Service

On Wednesday SkillPath Seminars put on an educational class titled, "The Essentials of Excellent Customer Service." The class dealt with how to give both our internal (fellow team members) and external (everyone else) customers the best customer service possible. This seminar was held at our corporate training facility and was attended by all team members who have interaction with our customers. We feet this type of training goes a long way in making Rebel Rents the outstanding company we are, and continual education is necessary to keep us at the top.
