Communication Breakdown
The Rental Equipment Register recently published an article entitled "Communication Breakdown." The piece dealt with the relationship between contractors and rental companies.The RER interviewed over two dozen contractors throughout the United States, ranging from the smallest to the largest firms, in order to learn their opinion of the rental industry as a whole and what they expect from us in order to keep their business. The ongoing theme was expecting great service, rental ready equipment and on time deliveries and pickups. This article offers great insight of how we should conduct business as a company in order for us to succeed. At Rebel we believe we conduct ourselves in this way.
